2. Our Online Shop

Our online shop sells stationery and apparel products.
We also offer additional signage and related services, but these are not sold through the online shop unless explicitly listed.

All products sold online are custom-made or personalised unless stated otherwise.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on the website are excluding VAT.
VAT is added at the checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order:

You may check out as a guest or create an account.
An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is received.
Your order is only accepted once payment is received (unless paying by bank transfer, where production begins after cleared funds).

Because items are custom-made, once production has started the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

SumUp card payments
Bank transfer

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times vary depending on the customised nature of the products.
Estimated delivery times may be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

7. Custom & Bespoke Products

All items produced through our online shop are made to order or personalised.
For this reason, these items are exempt from the standard consumer right to return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide a description and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement where a manufacturing fault or damage in transit is confirmed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Kimberley Signs Limited or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Customer Accounts

If you create an account:

You are responsible for keeping login details secure.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse or fraudulent activity.
